FOUNDER & CEO
Jolie has an extensive background building reputations for some of the world’s leading companies, which she brings to bear as Principal of Hunt & Gather. She served as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for AOL and Senior Vice President, Global Head of Brand & Public Relations at Thomson Reuters. Prior to these roles, Jolie was the Global Director of Corporate & Business Affairs at IBM and served as Director of Public Relations for the Financial Times.
Jolie serves on the boards of Kilroy Realty, The Lowline, the Civilian Public Affairs Council for West Point Military Academy, and The Episcopal School of Los Angeles. She is active in the industry and holds committee and board positions for The Wisemen.
Tim specializes in consumer brand and public relations strategy, with a focus on creative activations. Prior to joining Hunt & Gather, he held senior communications roles at Weber Shandwick, Freud Communications and M&C Saatchi PR in both the UK and the US, working on a range of entertainment, technology, sports and FMCG brands.
Tim has extensive experience in consumer brand and product launches, with previous clients including Sky, Nike, BMW and Disney. He is also credited with leading successful sponsorship amplification campaigns including EE’s sponsorship of Glastonbury, Wembley Stadium and the BAFTAs, Foot Locker’s sponsorship of the NBA and Samsung’s sponsorship of The Olympic Games.
Chrissie has more than ten years of experience in consumer and corporate communications, influencer and experiential campaigns, and content strategy for some of the world’s biggest brands. At Hunt & Gather, Chrissie’s clients include Universal Standard, VitaCoco, Barry’s Bootcamp, and AT&T.
Before joining the company, she spearheaded brand reputation campaigns for Instagram and Facebook. She curated the first-ever Facebook Live issue of a magazine with Grazia; led a takeover of London’s iconic National Portrait Gallery for its first Instagram exhibition; and launched #MyStoryUK, a campaign to celebrate Instagram’s diverse community of female storytellers. Earlier in her career, Chrissie led innovative youth strategies for retailer Topman and the British Fashion Council.
For more than 15 years, Trevor has helped companies and executives find their voices. He has partnered with some of the world’s most respected consumer brands, including Pepsi, Hershey’s, Alaska Airlines, Toyota and MTV, creating new opportunities for them to articulate their promise and enterprise value. He also spent four years in the Bay Area leading communications campaigns across the tech ecosystem.
Trevor’s work focuses on corporate and executive reputation, creating long-lasting influence for his clients. His expertise in stakeholder engagement, crisis management and leadership profile-raising has earned him the trust of entrepreneurs, senior executives and communications teams in organizations of all sizes.
Before joining Hunt & Gather, Trevor spent most of his career at Abernathy MacGregor, one of the country’s leading strategic communications firms. He also was head of corporate communications and issues management for one of the world’s largest transportation and logistics companies.
Trevor graduated from Trinity College (CT) with honors in public policy. He lives in Harlem with his partner and their dog, Sally.
Director, Head of Media Practice
Laura built her expertise developing communications strategies for media and technology companies in the US and UK. Most recently, she managed thought leadership campaigns at Prosek Partners in London and managed PR for EMEA and US markets at Thomson Reuters. Laura has also held roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland and The Big Partnership, Scotland’s largest PR agency. Laura is a graduate of Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in communications, advertising and public relations.
Director, West Coast
Ashley Demoff excels in helping her clients utilize communications to take control of their narratives in crowded marketplaces. Ashley has worked with Fortune 500 brands and with startups and is always finding new and innovative ways to approach challenges.
She started her career at PMK*BNC, working on brands including Audi, Samsung, SoulCycle, MAC Cosmetics and Drybar. Seeking her next challenge, Ashley joined the team at Pressed Juicery, where she used out-of-the-box thinking to create timely and relevant storytelling opportunities as the brand grew from 20 stores to more than 70. During her tenure, she expanded her role to oversee partnerships, influencer relations, events and wholesale.
Head of Finance and Operations
Josh is responsible for overseeing finance and growth activities at Hunt & Gather. He brings a diverse background and diverse skill set to his role. He’s been the finance manager for extreme sports company Xpogo, an actor in a touring production, and a fundraiser for a political action committee to end gerrymandering. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
Head of the Office of the CEO
Lily Greenwell-Farrell is the Head of the Office of the CEO at Hunt & Gather. She joined the company in 2014 from Rockpack, a pre-revenue start-up listed as one of The New York Times’ apps to watch in 2012. Lily has built the foundations for a number of start-up technology companies globally and has an extensive background in publishing working with best-selling authors in the lifestyle, biographical and academic fields.
Mobile Entertainment named Lily one of the 30 Under 30 Rising Stars in 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Oxford Brookes University.
Senior Account Director
Kristin crafts stories for some of the biggest brands today. She works hand in hand with clients to devise thoughtful strategy, secure meaningful results and drive positive brand awareness. Just ask Cisco or the Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecom practice at EY (Ernst & Young). As part of her day-to-day, Kristin manages diverse, integrated teams in execution and serves as a mentor to junior staff. When she’s not in the office, she volunteers as the Alzheimer’s New Jersey Young Professional Advisory Council President, raising awareness for the disease in honor of her mother. Yes, she’s a proud New Jersey native. Her exit is 132 off the Garden State Parkway.
Senior Account Director
Tiffini has eight years of experience in consumer and corporate PR and works on clients including Amazon, Psycle and Imogen Heap. Prior to her time at Hunt & Gather London, she was working in New York, working on a range of technology and lifestyle clients including W Hotels, Facebook and premier esports organisation, Team Liquid.
Prior to that she was in-house at Sky in the UK, looking after the PR for Sky priority programmes including Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead as well as brand campaigns for NOW TV and Sky’s social responsibility and sponsorship campaigns Sky Ride and Sky Rainforest Rescue.
Tiffini started her career at M&C Saatchi where she worked on campaigns for Transport for London (TfL), the re-brand of Orange and T-Mobile to EE; Spotify, Ocado and projects for Reebok, among others.
Senior Account Director
Jill Ormand is a Senior Account Director in LA, specializing in consumer brand strategy and influencer engagement. As a senior strategist, Jill oversees media relations, executive visibility, and campaign or product launches based on the needs of each client.
With over a decade of experience in public relations, integrated marketing, and events, she has worked across a number of industries including: beauty, fashion, entertainment, gaming, technology, food and beverage. Prior to joining ID, Jill ran her own consulting practice, working on projects for Postmates, Variety, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Men's Warehouse, Environmental Media Association, and others. She also has past experience working on both the in-house and agency side with such high profile brands as Aveda, Coca-Cola, Netflix, Nintendo, UNICEF USA, Walker & Co, and Facebook.
Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Tulane University.
Senior Account Director
Lindsey has five years of experience in creating, executing, and overseeing successful public relations campaigns.Prior to joining Hunt & Gather, Lindsey worked at The Brooks Group, where she specialized in working closely with both brands and personalities to tell their stories and elevate their profiles, and conducting media outreach to top-tier consumer, lifestyle, and broadcast media.
Michael Norton is an Account Director at Hunt & Gather with over five years experience in the public relations industry. Norton has worked closely with publicists and senior company executives in pitching and securing press opportunities for a range of clients.
Before joining Hunt & Gather, he was an associate account executive at ID Public Relations where he played a key role in launching several TV shows, and Netflix’s first original series “Lilyhammer”. Norton previously worked as a marketing coordinator at Interview Magazine and interned at a number of media companies during his time at university.
He holds a bachelor of arts in media, culture and communication from the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development at New York University.
Katie has five years of experience working on a range of consumer brands from managing press office activity and retailer strategy through to implementing larger scale campaigns and events. Prior to joining Hunt & Gather, Katie worked at Tin Man Communications and M&C Saatchi PR on a variety clients ranging from start-ups through to working with teams across Europe and the Americas to develop and roll-out toolkits for global brands.
Katie has delivered campaigns for Red Bull, William Grant & Sons, lastminute.com and Deezer. She has also been responsible for bringing products to market, including the launch of the latest installment in the Resident Evil franchise for Capcom and establishing the Australian beauty brand, Nude By Nature in the UK.
Senior Account Manager
Lexi has partnered with brands and executives across entertainment and media to develop strategies for impactful brand building, communications and special events.
Previously, she worked in strategy at Turner Broadcasting, where she assessed strategic partnerships, conducted market research and performed operational audits to help develop strategies to prepare TBS and TNT to confront a changing media landscape.
Prior to that, at WME | IMG, she shared corporate and client news across the portfolio and worked with the executive leadership team to develop their messaging, presence and internal communications and initiatives. Lexi is a graduate of Wake Forest University, with a BA in English and psychology.
Kendall is an Account Manager at Hunt & Gather with over seven years of public relations experience across the lifestyle, culture and fashion landscapes. Before joining the team, Kendall has overseen successful public relations campaigns for brands such as Cole Haan, Alexis Bittar, Alexandre Reza, Chopard, Tribeca Film Festival, MoMA, among others. Throughout her career, Kendall has developed impactful public relations strategies, spearheaded special events and focused on impactful brand building to drive awareness, coverage and sales. With an expertise in fostering genuine relationships, Kendall is skilled in garnering top-tier consumer and lifestyle press, creating unexpected partnerships and growing her network across industries.
Senior Account Executive
Alexa Schwartz is an Account Coordinator at Hunt & Gather, specializing in media relations, influencer engagement, experiential marketing and events. Prior to joining Hunt & Gather, Alexa interned in partnership development at Axcess Worldwide. In this role, she initiated new research projects for prospective clients, including an exclusive art program with American Express Asia. She also interned at The Brooks Group Public Relations, where she coordinated numerous consumer and lifestyle press efforts. Alexa is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Communication & Rhetoric and certificates in Public & Professional Writing and Digital Media.
Senior Account Executive
Naomi has over two years experience in consumer and entertainment PR and events, previously working at Warner Bros in their Theatrical and Home Entertainment PR team before joining Hunt & Gather in 2018. At Hunt & Gather, Naomi supports the London team across its consumer brand press office and events / executive profiling arms for clients including Amazon, Club Med, SHOFCO, The Wing and OTRO.
Naomi is most passionate when working with brands that empower lesser heard voices, and enjoys curating audiences for brand activations and events that feel genuine and unique. Working across both arms of the business has led to a richly varied day-to-day, which pushes her to stay flexible and pivot to any number of accounts. Naomi excels at keeping her finger on the pulse of the London scene, and always knows who or what is the 'next big thing'.
Senior Account Executive
Maggie joined the Hunt & Gather team as an account coordinator and liaison to the office of the CEO in the summer of 2017.
She previously worked for NBC's Nightly News with Lester Holt, MSNBC's All In with Chris Hayes and was instrumental in coordinating NBC's coverage of the 2016 Democratic National Convention where she gained intensive production, research, and media relations experience.
Maggie recently graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Global Health.
