Generate buzz for the launch of Barry’s X, the brand’s community-driven digital fitness experience and proprietary app.

How we did it

We created a strategic media plan to secure coverage and chatter. We organized and hosted an exclusive class, taught by Barry’s Global CEO Joey Gonzalez, for select top-tier reporters across health/wellness, lifestyle, technology, and business outlets, giving them an embargoed opportunity to test the app before it launched to the public. We supported the class with exclusive interviews with key players like Joey Gonzalez and the company’s Head of Digital.

Results

The class secured more than 85 pieces of coverage in outlets including Cosmopolitan, Forbes, GoodMorningAmerica.com, Hollywood Life, TODAY.com, Us Weekly, and The Wall Street Journal.
